The staff was helpful. Huge bathrooms. We requested for adjoining rooms. As it was not possible in the room type selected, and as they had a few vacant rooms, they upgraded one room so that our requirements were met. The location suited us but the service was excellent.

Ella residence is luxury hotel in the theme of rich house .. staff was very friendly.. especially the room are very big in size and nice ambience..
